Couples
Counseling
Each couples counseling session is 1 hour and 30 minutes, providing a safe and supportive space for partners to explore their relationship, communicate more effectively, and strengthen their emotional connection. These sessions are designed to help couples navigate challenges, understand relational patterns, and cultivate intimacy, all within a warm and faith-centered environment.
My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) grounded in Attachment Theory, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help couples recognize and transform negative patterns, repair emotional injuries, and build stronger, healthier bonds. Through this process, couples gain insight into how past experiences and attachment dynamics influence their current relationship, while developing practical tools for conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and deeper connection.
Working together, couples may experience reduced anxiety and stress within the relationship, improved communication, and greater emotional responsiveness toward one another. At times, the process may bring up difficult emotions or memories, but these are addressed in a safe and supportive way, fostering understanding, empathy, and healing.
Most importantly, couples counseling provides a space to experience God’s guidance and grace in the relationship. As you journey together, my prayer is that you will encounter the love, patience, and wisdom of God, strengthening your bond and helping your relationship reflect His goodness and faithfulness.
