Reading Materials
This curriculum was personally developed and facilitated by me within a church-based setting.
It integrates principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) alongside biblical principles, and was originally used as a teaching curriculum in the church.
The materials are designed for group learning and group counseling environments, supporting participants in guided self-reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth.
The goal of this curriculum is to help individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, attachment patterns, and relational dynamics through both psychological insight and a Christ-centered framework. While these materials are not a substitute for professional therapy, they are intended to encourage emotional and spiritual growth, as well as healthier relationships, within a safe and supportive community.
The Let Them, Let Me, Let God curriculum will be uploaded soon, further expanding on themes of boundaries, surrender, and trust in God in the context of emotional and relational healing.
